If your payment fails, your site will remain active for a limited period of time while we continue to attempt to take the payment. You will be kept informed during this time by emails and you there is also information in the "Billing" part of the

Account area.

If payment fails your Cindr sites will no longer be visible on the internet and you will be unable to make changes to your site. We will save your site and its content for a reasonable period of time, should you wish to renew your subscription with us.
